Best deals are in green. Please note that prices are based on West pricing. I’ve had some requests to do a round up for Save on Foods as well, so will update with that tomorrow when I receive the flyer (starts Sunday so it’s not online yet).

Please check with your local Save on Foods location first before attempting stacking as each store may have different rules and not all locations allow stacking.

  1. What does WUB mean and when you say “tear pad” you mean the coupon is on the product and you can use it same day?

  2. WUB is when you buy, tear pad is a pad of coupons, normally in sections’at grocery stores, or in Halifax Areas Superstores have them at the entrance of the store. Hope this helps some Brenda…

  3. Brenda, WUB means “when you buy” and tear pads are found in stores often on shelves in front of products put there by manufacturer sales reps. Not on the product themselves. The little coupons you find stuck on products sometimes are called peelies :) Hope that helps!

  4. Brenda:

    WUB = When You Buy

    Tear pads are generally located next to the product on the store shelves and you can use it immediately, usually when the coupon is on the product it’s referred to as a peelie.

    Love that everyone is so friendly and willing to help answer questions :)

    Unfortunately my spam filter has been acting up lately so I have to manually sift through and unspam real comments, which is why you’ll notice your comment doesn’t show up right away. I do so at least once a day though, so no worries about it not showing up :)

  6. just wondering if any one else was having trouble reading the green?or am i getting old :(

    • Tanya

      If it’s too harsh on the eyes I can change it to another color next week, Jenn :)

  7. Where are you finding the Pizza Pop tear pads? I would love to find these coupons.

    • Tanya

      I haven’t been able to find them either Teona, but have heard they were in stores a few months back. Don’t think it was a very large issue of coupons
